My patient this time was great! I was going to use Caleb as an exam today but of course we ran into a bit of a problem. He's my friend that came in for real patient day last semester and he's so much fun to work on so it was the perfect patient for something to go incredibly wrong... I don't know how but somehow his chart completely disappeared! (Thanks so much to Mr. Salomon, Professor Costley, McKenna and Kara for helping me look you guys are awesome and to Instructor Caldwell for being so understanding and making that rather uncomfortable situation a lot better than it could have been.) I got to finish scaling all his teeth and polish and fluoride and it was so great! I didn't even miss any spots in scaling and i was able to pass off my explorer and selective polish PE's!!! Go team! Also, Thanks Instructor Caldwell for finding my chart in Professor Hansen's office just before pod wrap. Next time I would like for my chart not to get lost but overall I would say today was successful and it felt so good and almost comfortable!!!
